Your account
Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. Google sign-in is optional; email and password sign-in remain available. Connecting Google to an existing account requires confirmation of that account's password.
Orders and payments
Check the product description, included files, engine compatibility and licence before ordering. The price, currency and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Paid orders are fulfilled after payment is confirmed; valid free offers and activation keys follow their stated conditions.
Digital delivery
Products are supplied digitally through your Animpic Library. No physical shipment is required. Sign in to the account used for the purchase or activation to access the available files and published updates.
Licence and acceptable use
Products are licensed, not sold as intellectual property. Use is governed by the applicable Animpic licence. Do not share accounts to bypass licence limits, access files without entitlement, interfere with the service or distribute malware.
Refunds and statutory rights
For a change-of-mind refund, contact us within 3 working days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for the complete process and statutory rights. These terms do not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights or remedies for faulty, misdescribed or unavailable products.
Privacy and support
Our Privacy Policy explains account and order data, Google sign-in and email communications. If a file, payment or account does not work, contact support@animpic.studio with the product and order reference. Never send passwords or full payment-card details.
Changes and applicable law
Updates to these terms will be published on this page. They do not retroactively remove rights granted by an existing purchase. Armenian law applies subject to mandatory protections that apply to you in your jurisdiction. Contact us first if you need help resolving a problem.
