How Animpic Store uses account, purchase and service information.

Who handles your data

Hovhannes Harutyunyan IE, trading as Animpic Studio, operates animpic.store and is responsible for the store's personal-data processing. Address: Avan-arinj, 1st. microdistrict, bld. 4/1, apt. 42, Armenia. Privacy requests: support@animpic.studio.

Information we use

We use the name and email supplied for your account; protected password hashes for password-based accounts; order, payment-reference, licence, activation and download records; and messages you send to support. Technical and security records help us operate the service and prevent abuse. Payment details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, not by our account sign-in forms.

Optional Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies your account identifier, email address and basic profile information, including your name. We retain the stable Google identifier to connect future sign-ins to your Animpic account. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive or contacts, and do not retain Google access or refresh tokens. You can instead use email sign-in. Google processes its part of the sign-in under its Privacy Policy.

Why we process information

We use information to establish and secure your account, confirm purchases, provide licensed downloads and updates, resolve support requests, investigate delivery and payment problems, and meet applicable legal obligations. Processing is based on the relevant service relationship, your consent where required, or legal requirements. We do not sell your personal information.

Providers and international processing

Railway provides hosting, database and file storage. Google Workspace handles store email. PayPal handles payments where selected at checkout; any other payment provider is identified before payment. Google also handles optional Google sign-in. Providers may process information outside Armenia under their service arrangements. See Railway, Google and PayPal privacy notices, or contact us with questions about providers and international processing.

Cookies and basic traffic statistics

Session and security cookies support sign-in and protect forms. A separate 30-minute random visit cookie measures page views and navigation on public store pages. Those traffic records do not include your account identity, IP address, browser details or URL query strings. Infrastructure security logs may contain technical connection details. Blocking cookies may prevent sign-in and other essential functions.

Email and approximate opening data

We send account, purchase and access notices needed to provide the service. Promotional mail uses the recorded marketing permission and can be unsubscribed from. Some campaign emails contain a first-party image that records an approximate first opening when loaded. Image blocking, automatic loading and privacy features make this signal unreliable; it is not proof that a person read an email.

Retention, security and your choices

Account and licence information is retained while needed to provide purchased access. Order and related records may also be needed for accounting, legal obligations and disputes. Sign-in proofs expire after 10 minutes and expired proofs more than a day old are cleaned on subsequent sign-in attempts. We use restricted access, protected password hashes and encrypted connections, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

Contact support@animpic.studio to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We may verify account ownership before acting. Some records may need to remain where law requires; deleting an account can affect access to its library. You can also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Updates to this notice will be published here.
